Youth Exhibits

General Rules

1. Exhibits will be taken in from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM on the Saturday before the Fair, with judging beginning at 2:30 PM.

Exceptions to these times:

Horticulture exhibits will be entered from 11:00 AM-1:00 PM. Judging will be at 2:00 PM.

Youth Field Crops and Vegetables exhibits will be entered from 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Judging will be at 4:00 PM.

2. Exhibitor’s age in this section must be 9-19 years old. They will be judged in two age groups, Juniors 9-13, and Seniors 14-19.

The only exception is the department marked “Youth under 9 Years Old.”

3. Exhibitors must be residents of Page County.

4. All exhibits must be mostly the work of the exhibitor.

5. All exhibits must have been made by the exhibitor during the current year and must be the property of the exhibitor.

6. Exhibitors may enter only one item per subject.

7. All exhibits must be recorded, tagged, and placed by proper officials before the exhibitor leaves the fairground.

8. There must be competition in each class to receive 1st place prize money.

9. The Fair Association reserves the right to reduce Premiums.

10. Best of Show Ribbon will be $5.00.

11. The decision of the Judge is final.

12. The Fair Association will not be responsible for the loss or damage of exhibits.

13. Youth Exhibits can be picked up on Sunday after the fair between 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM. Any exhibits not picked up will be collected and pickup can be arranged by contacting Elisabeth Alger at secretary@pagevalleyfair.org.

14. Premium checks must be picked up from the Fair office. Checks are voided 60 days after issuance.
